9G Visa Package Details
Foreign nationals entering the Philippines to work for salaries or other remuneration must apply for a pre-arranged working visa under Section 9g of the Immigration Act.
Companies hiring foreigners in the Philippines frequently apply for this working visa, which can be renewed periodically.

- A joint letter from the applicant and petitioner to the Commissioner
- Completed Non-Immigrant Visa CGAF
- Passport bio-page and latest admittance with approved stay photocopy
- Copy of Employment Contract, Secretary's Election Certificate,
- Appointment or Assignment of applicant, or equivalent document, with exact compenstion details, terms of employment, and detailed description of applicant's corporate position;
- Copy of petitioner's latest Income Tax Return (ITR) and proof of payment (official receipt, bank teller validation slip, BIR eFPS payment information print-out, or other comparable documentation).
Photocopies of the following for corporations and partnerships: 1. SEC Certificate of Registration; 2. Articles of Incorporation; 3. SEC-stamped GIS for current year
Photocopies of the following for sole proprietorships: DTI Certificate of Business Name Registration; Mayor's Permit
- DOLE-issued Alien Employment Permit (AEP) photocopy; and actual publishing of the applicant's authorized AEP or, if not, a Publisher's Certificate of publishing.
- Petitioner's notarized certification of foreign and Filipino employees (BI website has preferred format)
If applicable, Special Temporary Permit for a Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)-regulated applicant
- Certified Bureau of Immigration Clearance
- If applicant is a national of any of the countries listed in Annex “A” of Immigration Operations Order No. SBM-14-059-A and arrived in the Philippines after June 2014, original or certified true copy of Bureau of Quarantine Medical Clearance.
Duly completed Non-Immigrant Visa CGAF
- Copy of passport bio-page and latest entry with approved stay
- Proof of applicant filiation
- Bureau of Immigration Clearance Certificate
If applicant is a national of any of the countries listed in Annex “A” of Immigration Operations Order No. SBM-14-059-A and arrived in the Philippines after June 2014, original or certified true copy of Bureau of Quarantine Medical Clearance.
Here’s an overview of the process for securing a 9G visa
1. Get the CGAF from the PIAU at BI G/F Main Office or the BI Website.
2. Send the documents to the Central Receiving Unit (CRU) or other Immigration Office frontline officers or personnel for pre-screening.
3. Pay fees.
4. Provide copy of official receipt.
5. Attend the hearing.
6. Submit ACR I-Card application requirements at the Alien Registration Division (ARD) Image and Fingerprint Capturing Counter.
7. Verify visa approval on internet.
8. Submit passport for visa if approved.
9. Claim ACR I-Card if authorized.

Foreign TIN Package Details
A nine-digit BIR Tax Identification Number (TIN) (plus a three-digit branch code, if applicable) is assigned to individual and business taxpayers for identification, tracking, and record-keeping.
Foreign workers in the Philippines must register with the BIR and get a TIN to pay taxes. To improve compliance monitoring, the TIN is now required for work permits and visas.
1. Valid passport
2. Special Power of Attorney authorizing Launchpad to apply on your behalf
3. Duly accomplished BIR Form 1904
1. Incorporation documents (ACRA, AOA, Articles of Incorporation) must be duly legalized whether through apostille
2. Company authorization for Launchpad to apply for on your behalf before the BIR
